AQUA-ZUG bridges the divide between historic listed buildings, a collection of ancillary buildings and glorious gardens, and the latest in modern structures. The generously-designed complex uses a selection of high-quality natural materials to pay homage to our historic heritage and respect this unique location. The comprehensive environ­mental concept (Minergie standard) underscores the ethos behind this high-quality, sustainable project.

The two buildings face westwards towards the lake and each has 23 apartments (3.5 to 6.5 rooms) with larger-than-average living space (145 to 275 m2).
